We will develop a repeatable prototype that acts as a catalyst for Native revenue through a templated program involving three well-defined activities: sales training, sales incentives, and a business seminar. This Native Ignite program will have a cost structure involving travel into a market, sales incentives, marketing costs, and costs of hosting an event. The goals are to educate reps, reward immediate activity, build a sales pipeline, and close business, all leading to a measurable revenue outcome that is multiples of the expense outlay.
