1. Micah Gelman, Director of Video and Senior Editor, The Washington Post

What he will speak about: Micah Gelman will share what’s working, what’s not and where The Washington Post is investing in 2018.

About Micah: He is director of video and senior editor at The Washington Post where he oversees all business and editorial functions of Washington Post video. Gelman joined The Washington Post in 2015 from Discovery Communications where he headed digital video strategy and led the implementation of TV Everywhere for Discovery’s 11 domestic television networks.

2. Mike Mocklar, Head of Programming, Digital Video, Raycom Media

What he will speak about: This session will feature case studies from TV and radio stations that are incorporating OTT into their businesses and taking advantage of the opportunities for new content and revenue. He will share what Raycom is doing in these areas along with other panelists.

About Mike: He heads up programming and editorial operations for The Southern Weekend and Raycom Media’s Digital Innovation Group. Before helping to create The Southern Weekend, Mike was an Executive Producer at HLN and CNN, where he created and acquired new programming, and produced documentaries.
