The Post and Courier in Charleston, S.C., has made growing digital subscriptions one of the company’s top priorities. As a result of their participation in the GNI Subscriptions Lab, Post and Courier leaders have been tweaking their strategy to focus on 16 key metrics across different parts of the customer journey.
