Wednesday, Oct. 16

Philadelphia greeted Innovation Mission attendees with rain — fortunately, the kickoff session, which featured takeaways from local media participants in the GNI Subscriptions Lab, got the group warmed up.

Thursday, Oct. 17

The signature visits of this signature day were to The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Lenfest Institute for Journalism, followed by a panel discussion in the evening at The Venture Café, focused on the state of local media.

Friday, October 18

The final day of the Philadelphia Innovation Mission starts with a look at digital transformation at Beasley Media Group, followed by public broadcaster WHYY.
