Overview of Virtual Event Series
This plan outlines a structured programming initiative spanning from mid-April to early June. The virtual event series will focus on four distinct topics, with each topic covered over a 1-2 week period. Each topic will be supported by an R&D sponsor, who will collaborate with a designated staff member to design and guide the sessions.
Key Program Details:
- Four Topics in Total: only 4 sponsors positions available
- Each topic is assigned a single sponsor
- Each topic spans 1-2 weeks
- At least four sessions per topic (minimum)
- One session per topic may be fully presented by the R&D sponsor

– “Presenting Sponsor” language on all marketing materials post and prior to the event
– Stand alone marketing email to be sent to all attendees at the conclusion of the conference
– Attendee list and attendee reports for each webinar
– Write-ups for each session that will be marketed through LMA communication channels
– Special code sponsor can send to clients (who are not LMA members) to attend the event for free
– Exclusive sponsorship for the track topic for the two weeks of the event
